18th century Chinese silk traders transported patchouli to the Middle
East, Napoleon brought it to Europe alongside luxury goods, Queen
Victoria lined her linen chests with it, and master perfumers' creations
popularized it. Our White Patchouli balances that deep, woody essence
with the floral aroma of geranium and heliotrope, sparkling citron, an
earthy trio of oakmoss, clove bud and cinnamon leaf, and a final
velvety dash of sandalwood and sweet vanilla. Each Bleu et Blanc
Diffuseur is especially decadent, with a tall, decorative, lidded
ceramic holder with reeds and fragrance oil housed in a blue and white
patterned box with gold top.
